Terms of Use

The customer recognizes to have acquainted, while finishing the order, conditions expressed on this screen and expressly declares to accept them without reserve. The present terms of use govern the contractual relations between Macrogram-Shop and his customer, both parties accepting them without reserve.

Order

A firm order without possibility of termination is passed as the customer presses the button "Validate the order" on the confirmation page. While passing an order, you formulate us an offer to buy the products which you selected on Macrogram-Shop. We reserve the right to accept or refuse this offer, at our discretion. Macrogram-Shop confirms the acceptance of his order as well as his evolution to the customer at the e-mail address he supplied during his registration. This confirmation is effective as the customer receives an e-mail on behalf of Macrogram-Shop indicating that the state of the order is in mode "In treatment". This e-mail so forms a sale contract between You and Macrogram-Shop. Macrogram-Shop reserves the right to cancel any order of a customer with whom would exist a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order. In case of error in the wording of the coordinates of the addressee, Macrogram-Shop would not know how to be considered responsible for the impossibility in which he could be to deliver the product. In case of problem of delivery coming from the manufacturer (availability), Macrogram-Shop will see to it to find a solution of replacement in agreement with the customer and to the advantage of this one.

While passing an order, you certify to be 18 or more years old.

Price

The prices are expressed in Swiss francs. The prices indicated on product pages do not include the transport and the recycling taxes (SWICO) but include the VAT (7.6 %) for the all the Swiss customers. Once connected as a foreign customer to Switzerland, all the prices are indicated and practised excluding VAT. The price charged to the customer is the price indicated on the order confirmation to which are added the transport costs and the recycling taxes. The prices registered on the order confirmation are valid, even in case of variation between the date of order and the delivery date of the goods. In case of valuable error on a product, Macrogram-Shop reserves the right to modify this price by offering the choice to the customer to cancel its order if the new price is not convenient for him.
